Fred Jackman (68 Green Street) – A continued NOI for roadway maintenance, drainage, ditches, utility pole installation and wetland mitigation at the junction of Emery Lane/Plummer’s Lane/Low Street. On December6, the Conservation Commission received a request for continuance until the January 15, 2008 meeting date.
Mattiades & Phyllis Tzitzenikos (30 Annapolis Way) – A continued NOI for the construction of a single-family home.
Mark Farrell (6 Northern Blvd) – A continued NOI to install posts for deck and repair stairs.
Ross DeGloria (35 Old Rowley Road) – An NOI to remove existing mobile home and construct a single-family home with associated septic system, retaining wall and grading.
Mark & Teresa Richey (10 Fordham Way) – An NOI to raze existing home and construct a new single-family home.
Heide Holmes (32 Old Point Road) – An NOI to enclose area under deck to expand bath & kitchen for laundry room and front entrance.
Bonnie Jean Toner (97 Old Point Road) – An NOI to raze existing single-family home and re-construct a single-family dwelling on pilings.
John A. Van Loan (41 Plum Island Turnpike) – An RDA to erect fencing and replace pallet and post under structure, relative to emergency repairs ordered by the Town of Newbury.
